Background: GravesÂ’ disease (GD) typically manifests as an autoimmune hyperfunction of both thyroid lobes. Less than 10 cases of unilateral GD have been described, and the pathophysiology of unilateral GD remains unknown. Co-existence of malignancy has never been reported.
